users, and public utilities, having storage
capacities for gasoline in excess of 20,000
gallons are hereby directed and ordered to
cooperate fully with the Director and to
submit to him, or to his designee, accurate
and complete inventory reports, at such times
and for such periods as the Director
determines, containing the information
described in Section 3 of this Order.
3. ill reports shall be completed and submitted
by the persons and entities described above,
in such manner and on such forms as may be
prescribed by the Director. All reports shall
contain, as to each product, the following
information:
(a) Present and projected inventories;
(b) Volumes received and dispersed during
the reporting period;
(c) Projected utilization and demand of
product;
(d) Such additional information as the
Director requests.
4. The Director is hereby authorized and directed
to establish such forms and procedures as may
be necessary and appropriate for the purposes
of implementing this Order.
5. Determinations by the Director concerning the
times for reporting, reporting periods,
reporting procedures and contents of reports,
shall not impose unreasonable burdens upon the
persons or entities required to file reports.
6. All reports submitted to the Director, or to
his designee, pursuant to either the Order of
November 16, 1973, authorizing . and directing
an inventory of certain other energy
resources, or this Order, shall be under oath.
7. As used in this Order, the word "gasoline"
includes gasoline, benzol, benzine, naphtha
and any other liquid prepared, sold for use
as, or used for, the generation or power for
the propulsion of motor vehicles including any
product obtained by blending together any one
or more products of petroleum with or without
other products, if the resultant product is
capable of the same use.
