Annotated Code of Maryland, to add an audiologist to the
membership of the Noise Pollution Control Advisory
Council.

Senate Bill 870, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on April 30, 1971, contains a
comprehensive revision of the laws relating to
environmental noise control. In its revision. Senate
Bill 870 repeals those provisions of Article 43 relating
to the Noise Pollution Control Advisory Council and
creates an Environmental Noise Advisory Council in its
place.

Because of the inconsistency between the two bills,
I have decided to veto House Bill 651.

thoroughfare in the Horizontal Property Act, and
correcting language, and relettering subsections.

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17, of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill
663.

This bill amends the definitional section of Title
II ("Horizontal Property Act") of the Real Property
Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland in order to add
a definition of "thoroughfare".
