AN ACT concerning

Drivers — Reports on Physical Condition

FOR the purpose of amending the law requiring physicians
and certain other persons to report certain facts
about certain people to the Motor Vehicle
Administration; providing that this reporting
procedure is permissive; prohibiting certain
reports; repealing the tine limit for the filing of
a report; limiting the present immunity provided to
those who file reports by requiring that certain
confidential or privileged relationships are not
violated; and correcting language.

MARYLAND, That Section 6-110.3 of Article 66     1/2 -

Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland     (1970

Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and   it is

hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to     read
as follows;
