incapacitated person, or habitual drunkard. This section
shall not be construed to modify or supersede the present
laws prohibiting the sales of alcoholic beverages in
Dorchester County without a license and all such laws,
with penalties provided for violation of the same, shall
remain in full force and effect as to all persons or
corporations except the liquor control board created by
this subtitle, which shall have the powers herein
granted.

180.

In Frederick County any [minor] PERSON who
purchases, or misrepresents his or her age for the
purpose of procuring, any ILLEGAL alcoholic beverages is
guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished, upon
[[convicton]] conviction by a fine not to exceed fifty
dollars ($50.00). Jurisdiction over those minors who are
above the age of juvenile court jurisdiction is in the
District Court. Jurisdiction over those minors who are
within the age of juvenile court jurisdiction is in the
juvenile court. However, if there is a waiver of
juvenile jurisdiction with respect to a minor who is
otherwise subject to juvenile court jurisdiction, then
the District Court has jurisdiction over the matter
notwithstanding any provision of Article 26, Section
145(b) (2) (iii) to the contrary.

180A.

In Garrett County any [minor] PERSON who has in his
or her possession or who purchases, or misrepresents his
or her age for the purpose of procuring, except as
authorized by § 125 of this article, any ILLEGAL
alcoholic beverages is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall
be punished upon [conviction thereof, shall be subject to
a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00).] CONVICTION
THEREOF BY A FINE NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

181.

(a)    In Harford County, it [shall be] IS unlawful
for any person, under [twenty-one (21) ] 18 years of age,
to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of
obtaining beer or light wine from a licensee, or for any
person to misrepresent the age of a [minor] PERSON UNDER
THE AGE OF 18 YEARS for [a] THE purpose of obtaining beer
or light wine for [said minor] THE PERSON from a licensee
and, upon conviction by a court of competent
jurisdiction, any person so doing shall be fined not less
than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred
dollars ($100.00) in the discretion of the court.

(b)   In Harford County, it [shall be] IS unlawful
