Any licensee violating the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of
not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or
imprisonment for not more than thirty days.

130.

(a)    In Worcester County it. shall be unlawful for
any licensee under this article to employ any person
under the age of twenty—one years in the sale of
alcoholic beverages, unless permit so to do is obtained
from the Sheriff and State's Attorney of Worcester
County. HOWEVER IT IS LAWFUL TO EMPLOY PERSONS BETWEEN

18 AND 21 YEARS OF AGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE SALE OF

BEER AND LIGHT WINE WITHOUT OBTAINING A PERMIT.

(b)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee under
this article to allow any minor or minors under the age
of [twenty-one] EIGHTEEN years to loaf or loiter about
the place of business for which such license is issued;
restaurants may, however, serve meals without alcoholic
beverages to minors.

158.

(f)(1) The board of license commissioners for
Baltimore County are authorized to appoint a chief
license inspector and such other license inspectors as
said board from time to time deems necessary. The salary
of the chief license inspector shall be no less than
thirty—four hundred dollars ($3,400.00) per annum and the
salary of each of the remaining license inspectors shall
be no less than three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per
annum.

(2) In Baltimore County, in addition to the other
powers and duties conferred on them the board of license
commissioners may prescribe rules and regulations
regarding the presence of any person under the age of
[twenty-one (21) ] EIGHTEEN (18) years on any premises
licensed to sell alcoholic beverages; and also may
prescribe rules and regulations concerning the granting
and the date of issuing licenses when the actual use of
the license is to be deferred until the completion of
construction work or alterations on the premises.

174.

No person, firm, corporation or association other
than a member or employee of the liquor control board
shall sell in Dorchester County any alcoholic beverage
except beer. And no member or employee of such liquor
control board shall sell any alcoholic beverages on
Sundays or to [a minor] AN UNDERAGED PERSON, mentally
