less than five days nor more than twenty days, or both,
in the discretion of the court.

(j) It shall be unlawful for any person [not a
minor under twenty-one years of age] to FALSELY represent
the age of any [minor under twenty—one years of age to be
twenty-one years or over] PERSON for the purpose of
aiding, assisting or abetting such minor to ILLEGALLY
purchase, receive or obtain any alcoholic beverages. Any
person violating any of the provisions of this subsection
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall suffer the penalties prescribed in Section
200 of this article.

(m) In Calvert County, it shall be unlawful for any
[minor] PERSON UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS to buy, consume, or
to have in his possession, any alcoholic beverages OTHER
THAN BEER AND LIGHT SINE AND FOR ANY PERSON UNDER
EIGHTEEN YEARS TO BOY, CONSUME OR HAVE ON HIS PERSON BEER
OR LIGHT WINE in any public place or on any public
highway. [The word "minor" shall apply to every person
under twenty-one years of age.] It shall be lawful for
any bona fide employee to have alcoholic beverages in his
possession in the course of his employment where the
employment is not prohibited by this article. Any person
violating the provisions of this subsection shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof,
shall be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars
for each and every violation.

(n) In Carroll County, it shall be unlawful for any
[minor] PERSON UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS to buy, consume, or
to have in his possession, any alcoholic beverages OTHER
THAN BEER OR LIGHT WINE AND ANY PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN TO
BUY, CONSUME OR HAVE ON HIS PERSON BEER OR LIGHT WINE in
any public place or on any public highway. [The word
"minor" shall apply to every person under twenty—one
years of age.] It shall be lawful for any bona fide
employee to have alcoholic beverages in his possession in
the course of his employment where the employment is not
prohibited by this article. Any person violating the
provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a

POSSESS OR HAVE UPON HIS PERSON BEER AND LIGHT WINE.
[The word minor shall apply to every person under
twenty-one years of age except] THIS SUBSECTION SHALL NOT
