the person ordering the same. Any minor having such
alcoholic beverages in his possession as aforesaid shall
upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than
two hundred dollars or imprisoned in jail for not less
than thirty days or more than ninety days, or be both
fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the courts.

(e)   In Wicomico County, it shall be unlawful for
any person under the age of twenty—one years, except a
bona fide employee in the course of his employment, to
possess or have upon his person any alcoholic beverages
OTHER THAN BEER AND LIGHT WINE AND FOR ANY PERSON UNDER
EIGHTEEN YEARS TO POSSESS OR HAVE UPON HIS PERSON ANY
BEES OR LIGHT WISE. Any minor having such alcoholic
beverages in his possession as aforesaid shall upon
conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00),

(f)    In Somerset, Caroline, Dorchester, Cecil,
Frederick, Washington and Queen Anne's counties, it shall
be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty—one
years to possess or have upon his person any alcoholic
beverages OTHER THAN BEER AND LIGHT WINE AND FOR ANY
PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS TO POSSESS OR HAVE UPON HIS
PERSON ANY BEER OR LIGHT WINE, except a bona fide
employee in the course of his employment. Any minor
having such alcoholic beverages in his possession as
aforesaid shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty
dollars ($50.00).

(g)   No licensee, proprietor, or operator of any
establishment dispensing alcoholic beverages shall permit
the consumption or possession of any alcoholic beverages
OTHER THAN BEER OR LIGHT WINE by a person under the age
of twenty-one years OR THE CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF
BEER OR LIGHT WINE BY ANY PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS
upon said premises no matter by whom such alcoholic
beverages shall have been purchased or from whom
obtained. Anyone violating this subsection shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) in addition
to any other penalties as provided under this article.

(i) It shall be unlawful for any [minor under
twenty—one years of age] PERSON, either for his own use
or for the use of any other person, to FALSELY represent
his age [to be twenty—one years or over] for the purpose
of ILLEGALLY purchasing, receiving or obtaining any
alcoholic beverages. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined
not less than $10 nor more than $20 or imprisoned for not
