in such cases shall be conclusive.

117.

(a) In Anne Arundel and Carroll counties, no

person under twenty—one years of age shall be employed to

sell, deliver or otherwise deal with alcoholic beverages

by the holder of any retail alcoholic beverage license in
these counties, but this section shall not prohibit the

employment of any one under the age of twenty—one by the

holder of such a license or in said establishments for

any purpose other than selling, delivering or otherwise

dealing with alcoholic beverages[[.]] NOR SHALL IT

PROHIBIT THE EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONS 18 TO 21 YEARS OF AGE

TO SELL, DELIVER OR OTHERWISE DEAL WITH BEER AND LIGHT

WINE._

(b) (1) No person under twenty—one years of age,
shall be employed by any holder of a Class D, beer, wine

and liquor license in the sale of alcoholic beverages,

and no person under the age of eighteen shall be employed
for the sale of alcoholic beverages in any other licensed
establishment. HOWEVER, A PERSON 18 TO 21 YEARS OF AGE
MAY BE EMPLOYED FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND LIGHT WINE.

121. Provided, however, that in Prince George's
County no person under [[twenty—one]] 18 years of age

shall be employed to sell [[any alcoholic beverages]]

BEER AND LIGHT WINE NOR SHALL ANY PERSON UNDER 21 YEARS
OF AGE BE EMPLOYED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHER THAN

BEER AND LIGHT WINE [[on sale]] by any holder of an

alcoholic beverage license that permits [[on—sale]] on

sale privileges and no person under the age of eighteen

shall be employed for the sale of alcoholic beverages in

any other licensed establishment. This section shall not

prohibit the employment of anyone under the

aforementioned prohibited age by the holder of such a
license or in said establishments for any purpose except

the sale of alcoholic beverages. No person under

eighteen years of age shall sell, deliver, or otherwise

deal with alcoholic beverages in any Class D licensed

establishment and no person under the age of eighteen
years of age shall sell, deliver or otherwise deal with

alcoholic beverages in any other licensed establishment

in said county.

118.

(a) No licensee under the provisions of this
article, or any of his employees, shall sell or furnish
any alcoholic beverages at any time to a minor under
twenty—one years of age, except that [in Montgomery and
Prince George's counties] the age shall be eighteen years
for beer and light wine, either for his own use or for
