under a Class D license; and provided further that in
Garrett County all alcoholic beverages sold under a Class
D, beer, wine and liquor license, except beer, shall be
consumed on the premises only.
(h) In Kent County the annual fee for such a
license shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00).
Provided that in Kent County no person under the age of
[twenty-one] EIGHTEEN years shall be permitted in the
tavern or on the premises wherein liquor is sold under a
Class D license.
38.
(a) (4) (I) EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH (II)
BELOW, [In] IN Prince George's County it shall be
unlawful for any person under the age of twenty—one years
to purchase alcoholic beverages, or to enter the premises
of any holder of an alcoholic beverage license for the
purpose of obtaining alcoholic beverages or to
misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining
alcoholic beverages, or to have alcoholic beverages on or
about his person. It shall also be unlawful for any
person to misrepresent the age of a person under the age
of twenty—one years for the purpose of obtaining
alcoholic beverages for such person, or for any person to
obtain alcoholic beverages for the use of a person under
the age of twenty—one years.
(II) IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, IT IS LAWFUL
FOR ANY PERSON 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE BEER AND
LIGHT WINE, OR TO ENTER THE PREMISES OF ANY HOLDER OF AN
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING
BEER OR LIGHT WINE, OR TO HAVE BEER OR LIGHT WINE ON OR
ABOUT HIS PERSON.

(D-1) [[IN GARRETT COUNTY, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER
PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE, THE LICENSE OF ANY PERSON MAY
BE SUSPENDED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE
BOARD, SUCH PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED ONE YEAR, FOR ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING GROUNDS: (1) SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A
[MINOR]]] In Garrett County, in addition to any other
provisions of this article, the license of any person may
be suspended for a period of time to be determined by the
board, such period not to exceed one year, for any of the
following__grounds:___(1) sale of alcoholic beverages to a
[minor] PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER
TWENTY-ONE (21) FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHER THAN BEER
OR LIGHT WINES, (2) possession on the licensed premises
by any person of any liquor or wines not purchased from
the Garrett County liquor control board, (3) sale of
