SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 5-106(d) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume) to read as
follows:

5-106.

(D) IN ALLEGANY COUNTY, A PROSECUTION FOR SELLING
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A PERSON UNDER [[21 YEARS OF AGE]]
THE LEGAL AGE FOR DRINKING SUCH ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR
FOR SELLING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AFTER HOURS SHALL BE
INSTITUTED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE OFFENSE HAS
COMMITTED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of establishing Masters in Chancery for
Juvenile and Domestic Relations causes, providing

providing for the collection and disposition of
costs, and generally relating to the establishment
of Masters in Chancery for Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Cases.
