unincorporated association issued for___any building

located within__such distance from a church or school

building may be renewed or extended__for the same

building. This section shall not apply to any transfer or
assignment of a license located within the aforesaid
distance of one thousand feet to another place of
business within the aforesaid distance and/or to an
assignee of said license within said distance of the
[same church or] same church or school building.[, nor
shall this] THIS section SHALL NOT apply to the issuance
of a license for a place of business, not having an
alcoholic beverage license, to which an alcoholic
beverage license had been issued and was in force and
effect on June 1, 1965, as to a license of the sane class
which was in force and effect as of said date, applied
for in said place of business nor to a renewal of a
license of any establishment where, subsequent to the
original granting of said license a school or church
building was erected within 1,000 feet. This section
shall not apply to any licenses or to any license issued
under § 19 (i) (2) or § 25 of this article. This
section shall not apply in the case of a private
kindergarten or nursery school.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

Allegany County — Prosecution of Alcoholic
Beverage Offenses

FOR the purpose of providing that in Allegany County,
prosecution for selling alcoholic beverages to
minors, or after hours, shall be instituted within
30 days.
