STATE UNLESS A CONVICTION ON A DE NOVO APPEAL IS RENDERED
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT AND THEN THE FINE SHALL BE PAID TO
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
269.
[Any] UPON CONVICTION ANY person [or persons]
violating the provisions of this subtitle shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and [upon conviction thereof
before a justice of the peace] shall be fined [in] a sum
not less than [Ten Dollars] $10 nor more than
[Twenty—five Dollars] $25. [such fine shall be paid to
the State Game Department to be credited to the State
Game Protection Fund to be used as provided by law, and
it shall be the duty of the several Deputy State Game
Wardens in Kent County to strictly enforce the provisions
of this subtitle.] ALL FINES GO TO THE GENERAL FUNDS OF
THE STATE UNLESS A CONVICTION ON A DE NOVO APPEAL TO THE
CIRCUIT COURT IS RENDERED AND THEN THE FINE SHALL BE PAID
TO THE STATE GAME PROTECTIVE FUND.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
