repealing certain Sections incongruent with current
State laws and practices.

Preamble

WHEREAS, As an integral part of its responsibility.
Governor Mandel in 1970 charged the Governor's Commission
to Revise the Annotated Code to study and make
recommendations concerning related problems in the public
local laws which may be perceived during the course of
Code Commission Activities, In conjunction with the
in—depth research on the Courts Article, related material
in the public local laws of Kent County was discovered
which is in conflict, with current provisions of the law
and in adopted style.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 368, 369, 370, 371, 372, 373,
374, 375, 376 and 377 of the Public Local Laws of Kent
County being Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws
