AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County — [[Senior Citizens Commission]]
Commission on the Aging

FOR the purpose of establishing in St. Mary's County a
((Senior Citizens Commission]] Commission on the
Aging consisting of a certain number of residents
with appropriate background, experience, and aims;
providing officers and term of office; stating the
purpose and duties of the Commission; authorizing
funds for logistical purposes but no pay for the
members; and authorizing advisory members to the
Commission.

BY adding to

The Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County
Section 183B to be under the new subtitle
[["Senior Citizens Commission11]]
"Commission on the Aging"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 183B to be under the new
subtitle [["Senior Citizens Commission"]] "Commission on
the Aging" be and it is hereby added to the Public Local
Laws of St. Mary's County being Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1965 Edition and 1973
Supplement) to read as follows:
