comprise the county Board of Education in Baltimore
County shall respectively be residents of the [[seven
[senatorial subdistricts] SEVEN COUNCILMATIC DISTRICTS OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY]] EIGHT LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS LYING
WHOLLY__OR PARTLY WITHIN BALTIMORE COUNTY and the
remaining [[two members]] ONE MEMBER shall be appointed
from the county at large; and any member who does not
[retain] MAINTAIN his residential qualification shall fat
the time of removing his residence from the district he
represents no longer be] BE REPLACED AS a member of the
Board. In the event that the boundary line of a
[senatorial subdistrict] [[COUNCILMATIC]] LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICT is altered, the term of an incumbent member of
the Board who is no longer residing in the [subdistrict]
[[COUNCILMATIC]] LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT, because of such
change, shall not be affected during the period of this
term.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning
Juveniles — Education and Training
FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Department of
Juvenile Services and the State Department of
Employment and Social Services to provide for care,
diagnosis, training, education and rehabilitation of
children; providing for reimbursement of those
individuals and institutions that care for children
pursuant to placement by the State Department of
Juvenile Services and the State Department of
Employment and Social Services; and providing
funding to these agencies.
