consumption on the premises to be eligible to sell
hunting licenses, angler's licenses, or trout stamps
and to allow all agents to sell hunting licenses,
anglers licenses, and trout stamps upon consignment
on terms specified by the Department of Natural
Resources, to insure payment of fees for the
licenses,
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 10-302(a), 4-611 (a) and 4-614(a)
of Article — Natural Resources of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume) be and they are hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

10-302.
(a) Any person engaged in a retail business[,
except where distilled spirits are sold for consumption
on the premises,] who desires to sell hunter's licenses
as an agent under the Department's control and
supervision shall [[present the Department with a
certified check, postal money order, bank draft, cash, or
other check as approved by the Department to pay for
every license the person desires to sell. Every agent at
time of purchasing the license shall designate to the
Department the location where he sells the licenses]]
