SECTION [[3]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, [[That
for the fiscal year 1975 only, from the "general funds"
provided by the proceeds of the tax collected pursuant to
Section 2 of this Act and subject to the provisions of
law relating to__budgetary procedure to the extent
applicable, the amount specified below, or so much
thereof as is sufficient to accomplish the purpose
designated, is hereby appropriated and authorized to be
disbursed, from so much of the general fund revenues as
are received by the State from the proceeds of the tax
collected under Section 2 of this Act]] That for the
fiscal year 1975 only, and from only those funds provided
by__the proceeds of the additional quarterly tax
installment due as created by the amendments to Section
312(j) of Article 81 added by the general repeal and
re—enactment thereof as provided in Section 3 of this
Act, and from no other funds; and subject to the
provisions of law relating to budgetary procedure to the
extent applicable, the amount specified below, or so much
thereof as is sufficient to accomplish the purpose
designated, is hereby appropriated and authorized to be
disbursed from so much of the revenues as are received by
the State from the proceeds of the additional quarterly
installment provided by Section 3 of this Act as
aforesaid:
36.01.02.01 State Share of Basic Current Expenses
In addition to any funds otherwise appropriated in the
budget bill (House Bill 500), for use as the [["State
Share of Basic Current Expenses"]] State population
density aid to education under Section
[[128A]] 128B of Article 77.....[[$2,709,000]]
$4,406,900.
SECTION [[2]] [[3 4]] 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
That this Act shall take effect [[July 1, 1974]] June 1,
1974.
