Section 7-602(d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the 1974

Regular Session of the General Assembly)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-602(d) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the 1974 Regular Session of the
General Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed:

Article — Estates and Trusts
[[706-2]] 7-602.

[(d) An attorney who prosecutes or defends any
cause in the court is entitled to demand and receive an
appearance fee of $10.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

Approved May 31, 1974.

copy of the entire proceeding performed by the
