114.

There shall be three County Commissioners for
Calvert County. [[The chairman of the Board shall
receive an annual salary of [four thousand dollars
($4,000.00),] $10,000.00, and each of the associate
members of the board shall receive an annual salary of
[three thousand dollars ($3,000.00); and none shall
receive any extra allowance either for expenses or for
any other purpose] $7,500.00.]] EACH COMMISSIONER SHALL

RECEIVE AN ANNUAL SALARY OF $7,000; AND NONE SHALL

RECEIVE ANY EXTRA__ALLOWANCE EITHER FOR EXPENSES OR FOR

ANY OTHER PURPOSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act shall not be construed to extend
or apply to the salary of the County Commissioners of
Calvert County in office on the effective date of this
Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary
of the County Commissioners of Calvert County shall take
effect at the beginning of the next following term of
office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Insurance Commissioner — Appeals and Judicial Review

FOR the purpose of requiring that the Insurance
Commissioner be a party to any and all appeals from
an order or hearing or with respect to a matter
which the Commissioner has refused a hearing;
providing that any other person whose pecuniary
interest will or may be affected may be deemed an
additional party; clarifying the language, and
relating generally to judicial review in insurance
cases.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
