(1) ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE

AND ALL PROVISIONS OF__SUBTITLE 26 WHICH BEAR ON THE

ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SUBTITLE:

(2)    SEEKING AN IMMEDIATE INJUNCTION AGAINST ANY
VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE AND ANYONE VIOLATING THE
INJUNCTION IS GUILTY OF CRIMINAL CONTEMPT AND ON
CONVICTION SHALL BE SENTENCED TO NOT MORE THAN 30 DAYS
IMPRISONMENT AND FINED NOT MORE THAN $250;

(3)    REVIEWING AND APPROVING ALL FORMS PRESCRIBED

BY__THE STATE BOARD FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS

SUBTITLE:

(4) ADOPTING ANY RULE OR REGULATION NECESSARY FOR
THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SUBTITLE:

(5)    REQUIRING AND REVIEWING OF AUDITS OF ANY
INFORMATION FILED OR MAINTAINED PURSUANT TO THIS
SUBTITLE;

(6)    MAINTAINING IN ITS OFFICE ALL REPORTS FILED
ACCORDING TO THIS SUBTITLE FOR FOUR YEARS AFTER THE
ELECTION FOR WHICH THE REPORTS WERE FILED;

(7)    SUBPOENAING WITNESSES AND RECORDS IF NECESSARY
FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SUBTITLE;

(8)    INVESTIGATE ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE AND REPORT THESE TO THE
ATTORNEY GENERAL: AND

(9)    BEING SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF ANY CITIZEN OF
THIS STATE TO BRING AN ACTION IN MANDAMUS TO COMPEL THE
PERFORMANCE OF ITS DUTIES.

[[30-9]]30-8. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.

ON CONVICTION OF EACH VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE,
THE VIOLATOR SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN $5,000 OR
IMPRISONED FOR NOT MORE THAN ONE YEAR, OR BOTH. ON
CONVICTION A PERSON SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM HOLDING
OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS.

[[30-10]]30-9. SHORT TITLE.

THIS SUBTITLE MAY BE CITED AS THE FAIR CAMPAIGN
FINANCING ACT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED. That new
Sections 465 through 467, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "Fair Campaign Financing Contribution" be and
they are hereby added to Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes,
