SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Titles
13, 14, and 15 of this Article shall be applicable to all
fiduciaries as defined in §[[15-101(d) theretofore]]
15-101(e) heretofore [[or thereafter appointed, and any
fiduciary proceeding shall thereafter proceed]] or
hereafter appointed, and any fiduciary proceeding shall
hereafter proceed under and be [[goverened]] governed by
Titles 13, 14, and 15.
SECTION 4. AMD BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Revisor's Notes contained in this Act shall not become
law or be considered to have been enacted as a part of
this Act.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect on July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning
Real Property Article
FOR the purpose of adding a new Article to the Annotated
Code of Maryland, to be designated and known as the
"Real Property Article" to revise, restate, and
recodify the laws of this State relating and
pertaining to real property, including all matters
pertaining to the sale, lease, release or transfer
of real property, defining terms as used in the
article and providing rules for construction,
establishing procedures for the recordation of
deeds, for the cost of recording, and for the
applicability of the federal tax lien registration
act, providing necessary requirements for real
property instruments, establishing a statute of
frauds for real property, providing rights of entry,
possibilities of reverter and limitations on them,
providing standards for mortgages, deeds of trust
and vendor's liens, regulating relations between a
landlord and tenant, establishing procedures for the
use of mechanics' liens, establishing requirements
for the sale of real property, establishing a
horizontal property act, providing rules governing
the process of eminent domain, establishing
procedures to regulate the issuance of land patents,
