This subtitle nay be cited as the MARYLAND Uniform
Simultaneous Death Act.

11-502.

(b) In the case of a sale of an interest in
property, the notice shall be posted on the courthouse
door and printed in a newspaper, published in the county
where the property is located at least:

(1) [10] TEN days before the sale of personal
property; or

(2) 20 days before the sale of real property.
11-50 6.

(b) The court may strike out or invalidate a waiver
FOR sufficient reasons.

12-307.

(b) Until January 1, 1975, the Court of Appeals
also has exclusive appellate jurisdiction, to review any
matter not within the exclusive initial jurisdiction of
the Court of SPECIAL Appeals, if provision for appellate
review is made by law.
