MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 2375 (a) In any juvenile cause, the judge may award a REVISOR'S NOTE: The phrase "who is under 18 years of age" is proposed for deletion as unnecessary in light of the definition of "child" in 4-501. (A) [When used in] IN this subtitle the following (B)[(a)] "Adult" means a person 18 years old or (C)[(b)] "Child" means a person under the age of 18 (D)[[(c)] "Child In need of supervision" means a (1) Is required by law to attend school and who is (2) Is habitually disobedient, ungovernable, and (3) Deserts his home or place of abode, without just (4) Deports himself so as to injure or endanger (5) Commits an offense applicable only to children. (E) [(d)] "Court" means the district court for (F)[(e)] "Delinquent child" means a child who (G)[(f)] "Dependent" or "neglected child" means a (1) Destitute, homeless, abandoned;
