INSTRUMENTS RECORDED WITH THE SAID RESPECTIVE CLERKS
PURSUANT TO § 277 (M) OF ARTICLE 81 OF THE ANNOTATED CODE
OF MARYLAND (1960 SUPPLEMENT) AND § 277 (N) OF SAID
ARTICLE 81, RESPECTIVELY, BUT SHALL BE ENTITLED TO
RECEIVE 5* FOR RECEIVING, COLLECTING AND PAYING OVER ALL
OTHER PUBLIC MONEYS. THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR HARFORD
COUNTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE 3% OF THE AMOUNT
COLLECTED FROM THE TAX APPLICABLE TO INSTRUMENTS RECORDED
WITH THE SAID CLERK PURSUANT TO § 277 (N) OF ARTICLE 81
OF THIS CODE (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO
TIME), BUT SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE 5% FOR RECEIVING,
COLLECTING AND PAYING OVER ALL OTHER PUBLIC MONEYS.

substantive or stylistic changes.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
7—202 of Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

7-202.
(a) (1) The clerk of a court shall collect an
advance fee of $25 for docketing any case at law or in
equity;
(2) The clerk shall collect additional fees as they
accrue.
(b) In addition to the advance filing fee, the
clerk of a court shall collect the following fees:
(1) For entering a docket entry—$1 per entry for
each entry in excess of 10 entries;
(2) For entering an order of satisfaction of a
judgment rendered by a magistrate's court before July 5,
1971—$1;
(3) For recording a judgment rendered by a
magistrate's court before July 5, 1971—$2.50;
(4) For issuing a writ of fieri facias on a
judgment, habere facias possessionem, retorno habendo,
attachment for contempt, mandamus, or supplementary
proceedings—$5;
(5) For receiving, filing, indexing, and entering a
