The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County may
receive reimbursement for their expenses incurred while
engaged in county business, whether such expenses were
incurred within or outside the county. [[NO COMMISSIONER
MAY RECEIVE ANY ADDITIONAL SALARY OR COMPENSATION FOR
SERVICES RENDERED TO OR WHILE ON ANY OTHER COUNTY BOARD
BUT MAY RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE
ENGAGED IN COUNTY BUSINESS.]]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act shall not be construed to extend
or apply to the salary of the County Commissioners in
office on the effective date of this Act, but the
provisions of this Act concerning the salary of the
County Commissioners shall take effect at the beginning
of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of providing that a judge of the District
Court in Prince George's County may reinstate any
bail, bond or recognizance of a certain person under
