AN ACT concerning
St. Mary's County — County Commissioners Salary
FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the president
and the other county commissioners of St. Mary's
County, [[clarifying those provisions relating to
reimbursement for expenses of the county
commissioners,]] clarifying language, and specifying
that the provisions of this Act relating to salary
increases do not apply to the incumbents.

Article 19 — Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 17 of the Public Local Laws of St.
Mary's County being Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1965 Edition and 1973 Supplement)
be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article 19
17.
The President of the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's County shall receive a salary of [nine thousand
dollars ($9,000) ] $15,000 per year, and the other
commissioners shall receive a salary of [seven thousand
five hundred dollars ($7,500)] $10,000 per year, [As of
January 1, 1967, the] THE attorney to the County
Commissioners of St. Mary's County shall receive a salary
as determined by the County Commissioners.
