SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 11(f) be and it is hereby
added to Article 78B — Racing Commission, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 78B — Racing Commission
11.

(F) THE FOLLOWING PERSONS SHALL FURNISH THE
MARYLAND RACING COMMISSION, ON DEMAND FOR ITS FILES,
THEIR FINGERPRINTS, TAKEN BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF A LAW
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OF THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, BY
INSPECTORS OF THE MARYLAND RACING COMMISSION OR BY SUCH
QUALIFIED PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY AS THE COMMISSION MAY
DESIGNATE: (1) EVERY PERSON LICENSED TO HOLD RACING
MEETS WITHIN THE STATE OF MARYLAND; (2) EVERY PERSON WHO
IS A MEMBER OF AN ASSOCIATION HOLDING SUCH A LICENSE; (3)
EVERY PERSON WHO IS AN OFFICER OR DIRECTOR OF A
CORPORATION WHICH HOLDS SUCH A LICENSE, AND EVERY
EMPLOYEE OF THE HOLDER OF ANY SUCH LICENSE [[WHOSE DUTIES
RELATE TO THE HORSE RACING BUSINESS IN MARYLAND; AND]]
WHO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATES IN THE RACING ACTION; (4) ALL
OWNERS, TRAINERS, JOCKEYS, APPRENTICES, STABLE EMPLOYEES,
MANAGERS, AGENTS, BLACKSMITHS, OR VETERINARIANS, AND LIKE
PERSONS, WHO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THE RACING ACTION OF
ANY SUCH LICENSE HOLDER[[.]]; AND (5) MEMBERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE MARYLAND RACING COMMISSION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

Public Junior and Community College Buildings

debt in the aggregate amount of Eight Million

used to supplement the financing of the construction
of public junior or community college buildings and
