amendments to section 312(j) of Article 81 added by the
general repeal and re-enactment thereof as provided in
section 2 of this Act, and from no other funds; and
subject to the provisions of law relating to budgetary
procedure to the extent applicable, the amount specified
below, or so much thereof as is sufficient to accomplish
the purpose designated, is hereby appropriated and
authorized to be disbursed from so much of the revenues
as are received by the State from the proceeds of the
additional quarterly installment provided by section 2 of
this Act as aforesaid:

36.01.02.01 State Share of Basic Current Expenses

In addition to any funds otherwise appropriated in
the budget bill (House Bill 500), for use as the "State
Share of Basic Current Expenses" under Section 128A of
Article 77............$2,709,000.

SECTION [[2]]4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect [[July]] June 1, 1974.

Inspections, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
