be reviewed by the Racing Commission, but in no case less
than six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) per racing Jay to
the State Comptroller for each racing day transferred;
from those payments the stats Comptroller for a period of
eight years shall pay the sum of one hundred eight
thousand dollars ($108,000.00) each year to the
Agricultural and Mechanical Association of Washington
County, if that association operates a fair in the
particular year; and the remainder of the moneys received
by the Comptroller from the Southern Maryland
Agricultural Fair Association of Prince George's County
shall be credited to the general funds of the State
treasury.
23.
[(a) If any winning ticket bought after June l,
1951, and before June 1, 1957, is not redeemed for a
period of three years, the amount necessary to redeem the
ticket shall be paid to the general funds of the State.
Beginning January 1, 1955, every licensee shall report
annually to the State Comptroller the amount payable to
the general funds of the State under this subsection, for
the preceding year ending December 31, and shall remit to
the Comptroller the said amount which shall be credited
by the Comptroller to the general funds of the State.
If any licensee fails to report when any money is due or
wilfully or knowingly renders a report which understates
the amount owed under this subsection, the license of
such licensee shall be revoked. Any licensee whose
license is revoked under this section shall be ineligible
to hold a license for a period of one year after the
revocation.]
