Human Relations Commission —
Physically or Mentally Handicapped Persons

FOR the purpose of providing that it is unlawful for
certain persons and organizations to discriminate in
certain employment practices against persons who are
mentally or physically handicapped; Baking certain

exceptions thereto; prohibiting______certain

discriminatory activities against the physically or
mentally handicapped in housing [[or obtaining loans
on dwellings]]. and making technical corrections to
the language of existing provisions of the Code.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1.      BE IT ENACTED BY THE   GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
