AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — Driver Education

FOR the purpose of providing for a driver education
program, authorizing the adoption of regulations to
implement the program, providing for the funding of
the program, specifying conditions under which
certain persons may drive and obtain drivers1
licenses, increasing certain driver license fees,
creating a Driver Education Account within the
Transportation Trust Fund, exempting driver
education funds from the allocation formula,
removing driver license fees from the Motor Vehicle
Fund Account; making style changes; and relating
generally to the Driver Education Program, its
administration and funding, and the duties of
certain persons and agencies in relation thereto.
