ANNE'S COUNTY, THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED:

(1) The word "restaurant" as used in § 9 and in §
19 of this article, when applied to Queen Anne's County,
[shall mean] MEANS a business establishment for the
accommodation of the public, fully equipped with a proper
and adequate dining room and with sufficient facilities
for preparing and serving meals, which has been approved
by the board of license commissioners of Queen Anne's
County, wherein the average daily receipts from the sale
of food comprise at least [sixty per cental] 60 PERCENT
of the average daily receipts of the [said] business,

[(b)] (2) The word "hotel" as used in § 9 and § 19
of this article, when applied to Queen Anne's County,
[shall mean] MEANS a building or structure erected or
constructed for hotel purposes, being at least two
stories in height, having [twenty] 20 or more bedrooms
providing services ordinarily found in hotels, for the
accommodation of the public, containing a dining room
with facilities for preparing and serving meals wherein
the average daily receipts from the hire of rooms and the
sale of food exceeds the average daily receipts from the
sale of alcoholic beverages.

(B) (1) A NEW, SEPARATE LICENSE, CALLED A
"SPECIAL SUNDAY LICENSE," MAY BE ISSUED COUNTYWIDE BY THE
BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS UPON REQUEST OF ANY HOLDER
OF THE FOLLOWING LICENSES:

(1)    CLASS B BEER

(II)   CLASS B BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR

(III)  CLASS C BEER

(I?) CLASS C BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR

(2)    THE HOLDER OF A "SPECIAL SUNDAY LICENSE" HAY
SELL ONLY THOSE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OTHERWISE PERMITTED
BY HIS RESPECTIVE CLASS B OR CLASS C LICENSE. SALES ARE
SUBJECT TO THE SAME LIMITATIONS ESTABLISHED FOR THE
RESPECTIVE CLASS B OR CLASS C LICENSE,

(3)    A "SPECIAL SUNDAY LICENSE" MAY BE ISSUED ONLY
TO QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY LICENSEES POSSESSING A CLASS B OR
CLASS C LICENSE.

(4)    THE ANNUAL FEE FOR EACH "SPECIAL SUNDAY
LICENSE" IS:

(I) $50 FOR THE HOLDER OF A BEER LICENSE
