AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of generally clarifying certain
provisions relating to certain alcoholic beverage
sales and licenses in Queen Anne's County,
clarifying the language therein, adding numbering
and also relettering as appropriate, and removing
certain restrictions on the sale of certain
alcoholic beverages in the fourth and fifth election
districts of Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 39 of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
