AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of altering the number of certain
alcoholic beverage licenses in Prince George's
County, creating [[a new class of liquor license]]
two new classes of liquor licenses, and clarifying
language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 20 (k) (4) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows;

(4) A special Class C (golf and country club)
license shall be issued, upon approval by the board of
license commissioners of Prince George's County, to any
golf and country club in said county applying therefor
which has two hundred (200) or more bona fide members
paying dues" of not less than seventy—five ($75.00) per
