OUTLINED IN THE ANNOTATED CODE, REAL PROPERTY ARTICLE,
TITLE 12 AND APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF ARTICLE 89B ARE TO BE
FOLLOWED.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
