(III) NO LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED UNLESS THE

HOTEL OR RESTAURANT IS OPERATED IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY

BANNER AND IS EQUIPPED WITH THE PROPER REST ROOM
FACILITIES.

(3)    SEVEN DAY LICENSE HOLDERS MAY SELL BEER, WINE
AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) AND BEER AND LIGHT WINE (OFF-SALE).

(4)    IF THE PREMISES TO BE LICENSED BY THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION ARE WITHIN A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, THE LICENSE APPLICATION SHALL BE APPROVED
BOTH BY ITS MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL AND BY THE LICENSING
AUTHORITY.

(5)    ALL LICENSE FEES SHALL GO TO THE GENERAL FUNDS
OF THE COUNTY. HOWEVER, IF THE LICENSED PREMISES ARE IN
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, 75 PERCENT OF THE FEES SHALL GO
TO THAT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

(6)    ALL LICENSEES SHALL PURCHASE ALL WINES AND
LIQUORS FROM THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD FOR WORCESTER
COUNTY. THEY SHALL BE CHARGED 85 PERCENT OF THE RETAIL
PRICE SET BY THE BOARD FOR THE WINES AND LIQUORS.

(7)    THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION
106(C).

[(m—1) Other provisions of this section
notwithstanding, in the tenth election district of
Worcester County only, a seven—day beer, wine and liquor
license. Class B lay be issued to any concessioner
(whether or not a hotel or restaurant) granted a
concession on the premises of the Ocean City Convention
Hall by the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission, upon
payment of an annual fee of seven hundred and fifty
dollars ($750.00), subject to the approval of the mayor
and city council of Ocean City, in addition to approval
by the licensing authority. Such license shall
authorize the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages
at retail on the premises of the Convention Hall,
subsection (a) of this section notwithstanding, during
such periods as the concessioner—licensee is authorized
by the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission to make such
sales. Provided, however, that the hours of sale under
such licenses shall not exceed the hours authorized for
such licenses by the applicable provisions of § 106 of
this article, and shall not exceed the hours authorized
by the Convention Hall Commission. All of said
licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines from the
liquor control board for Worcester County, and shall be
charged therefor fifteen percent (15%) less than the
retail price of the liquor control board for such liquors
and wines. Twenty—five percent (25%) of the license
fees shall go to the general funds of the county and
