menus at least twice daily; and a restaurant shall be an
establishment with an enclosed dining area that has a
seating capacity at tables, not including seats at bars
or counters, for seventy or more persons; serves
full—course meals from menus at least twice daily; and
during the effective period of the license has daily
average receipts from the sale of food in excess of those
for the sale of alcoholic beverages. All of the
licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines from the
liquor control board for Worcester County, and shall be
charged therefor fifteen percent (15%) less than the
retail price of the liquor control board for such liquors
and wines. No license shall be issued unless the hotel
or restaurant is operated in a clean and sanitary manner
and is equipped with proper rest—room facilities. All
license fees shall go to the general funds of the county
except where the licensed premises are in an incorporated
town in which event seventy—five percent of the funds
shall go to the incorporated town. ]

(1)    IS WORCESTER COUNTY, THE ANNUAL FEES FOR THE
FOLLOWING TYPES OF LICENSES ARE:

(I) SIX DAY - $1,000
(II) SEVEN DAY - $1250

(2)    HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS ARE DEFINED TO BE:

(I)    SIX DAY LICENSE HOLDERS -

(A)    BONA FIDE HOTELS HAVING AT LEAST 20
ROOMS AND SERVING HEALS REGULARLY; OR

(B)    RESTAURANTS HAVING A SEATING CAPACITY AT
TABLES OF AT LEAST 70 PEOPLE.

(II)   SEVEN DAY LICENSE HOLDERS -

(A)    AS REQUIRED FOR SIX DAY LICENSE HOLDERS,
WHICH ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE; AND

(B)    ESTABLISHMENTS FOR THE ACCOMODATION OF
THE PUBLIC WHICH PROVIDE SERVICES FOUND ORDINARILY IN
HOTELS, HAVE A LOBBY WITH A REGISTRATION AND MAIL DESK
AND SEATING FACILITIES, AND AN ENCLOSED DINING AREA WHICH
SERVES FULL-COURSE MEALS FROM MENUS AT LEAST TWICE DAILY;
OR

(C)     ESTABLISHMENTS WHICH HAVE AN ENCLOSED
DINING AREA WHICH SERVES FULL-COURSE MEALS FROM MENUS AT
LEAST TWICE DAILY AND HAVE DAILY RECEIPTS FROM THE SALE
OF FOOD IN EXCESS OF THAT FROM THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES DURING THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE LICENSE.
