SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 122(b) and 119(f) of Article 43 -
Health, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 43 - Health

122.

(b) The following persons may practice without a
license, but subject to rules, regulations and orders of
the Board and Commission:

(1)  A resident physician, intern, or student, or
equivalents at any hospital or office of physician who is
engaged in hospital, dispensary, or similar duties.

(2)   A physician licensed by and residing in another
jurisdiction when engaged in consultation with a
physician in this State.

(3)   A commissioned surgeon of any of the armed
forces of the United States, the United States Public
Health Service hospitals or the Veterans Administration
while engaged in the performance of duties incident to
his commission.

(4)    A physician who resides in a neighboring
jurisdiction who is authorized under the laws of that
jurisdiction to practice medicine therein and whose
practice extends into this State, provided the physician
does not open an office or have a regularly appointed
place to meet patients within this State and further
provided that the same privileges are extended to
physicians from this State by the neighboring
jurisdiction.

(5)  Cardiac rescue technicians defined as paramedics
while delivering emergency health care services under a
