4-109(c), 4-201(o) (3), 4-311, 10-113 (b) , 11-206(a) and
11-401(f) of Article - Agriculture, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1974 Volume) be and they are hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article — Agriculture
2-204.
(d) All salaries and expenses for rent,
stenographic and clerical help, [stationary] STATIONERY,
postage, and miscellaneous office materials necessary for
the work of the Commission and executive secretary shall
be provided in the State budget. The members of the
Commission may not receive a salary, but shall be
reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in attending
meetings and other business of the Commission.
2-303.
Every examination and annual registration fee
received by the Board shall be paid to the State and
become general funds of the State. The money received
shall be dispersed by the Comptroller pursuant to an
appropriation made in accordance with § 32 and § 52 OF
ARTICLE 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the
provisions of §§ 1 through 15, inclusive of Article 15A
of the Code.

(g) "Federal MEAT Inspection Act" means the act of
Congress approved March 4, 1907 (34 Stat. 1260), as
amended by the Wholesome Heat Act (81 Stat. 584) .
4-109.
(c) The adulteration and misbranding provisions of
this subtitle, other than [than] the requirement of the
inspection legend, apply to any article which is not
required to be inspected under this section.

(o) Any poultry product is "misbranded" if:

label bears, in type of uniform size and prominence, the
