allowable for a trustee, including the termination
[[of a trustee]] of a trust and distribution to the
beneficiaries, and generally relating to all powers
and duties of a trustee created under any
instrument; relating generally to the powers and
duties of a fiduciary, the powers and
responsibilities of tie office, providing means for
the termination of the powers, and generally
relating to all of the powers of a fiduciary without
restriction upon the manner in which the fiduciary
is created, and generally relating to all matters
pertaining to estates of decedents, protection of
minors and disabled persons, trusts, and
fiduciaries, and providing for the effect,
construction, and effective date of the provisions
of this Act; and to repeal inconsistent laws.
