(A)    NO UNAUTHORIZED PERSON HAT SELL OR PURCHASE
FEDERAL FOOD COUPONS.

(B)    NO PERSON MAY KNOWINGLY BUT OR SELL
MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN PURCHASED WITH FEDERAL FOOD
COUPONS.

(C)    ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000, OR IMPRISONMENT
NOT EXCEEDING SIX MONTHS, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1971.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 59(g) of Article 77A - Higher
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
