AN ACT concerning

Estates and Trusts — Administrative
Proceedings Record Book

FOR the purpose of requiring that all inventories,
accounts, petitions, notices to creditors, and
orders of court be recorded and indexed upon the
final approval of the final administration account,
and generally relating to recording the proceedings.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article - Estates and Trusts

Section 2-211(c)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter II (S.B. 133) of

the 1974 Regular Session of the General Assembly)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-211(c) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter II (S.B. 133) of the 1974 Regular Session of the
General Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(c) Upon the final approval of the final
administration account, [every paper relative to
administration and filed with the court or register] ALL
INVENTORIES, ACCOUNTS, PETITIONS, NOTICES TO CREDITORS,
AND ORDERS OF COURT shall be recorded by the register in
the administration proceedings record book, and indexed
under the name of the decedent.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
