MARYLAND, That new Section 25 be and it is hereby added
to Article 1 - Rules of Interpretation, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1973
Supplement) to read as follows:

(A)    CITATION OF UNNUMBERED REVISED ARTICLES.

UNNUMBERED REVISED ARTICLES OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF
MARYLAND MAY BE CITED AS STATED IN THIS SECTION.

(B)    AGRICULTURE ARTICLE.

A SECTION OF THE AGRICULTURE ARTICLE MAY BE CITED
AS: "§___ OF THE AGRICULTURE ARTICLE".

(C)    COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS ARTICLE.

A SECTION OF THE COURTS AID JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
