SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 70A(b)(1) of Article 41 -
Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(b) There is hereby established in the Department
of Public Safety and Correctional Services, a Police
Training Commission whose membership shall consist of the
following persons:

(1) The president of the Maryland Chief of
Police Association; the president of the Maryland Law
Enforcement Officers, Inc.; The Attorney General of the
State of Maryland; the Superintendent of the Maryland
State Police; the commissioner, Baltimore City police
