Maryland, the Board of Public Works is authorized,
directed and empowered to pass a resolution releasing
Provident Hospital, Inc., of the City of Baltimore and
its Receiver from the total debts, plus all interest
thereon, owed to the State of Maryland on the effective
date of such resolution, and evidenced by Certificates of
Indebtedness of Receiver for Provident Hospital, Inc.,
executed on dates and in amounts, to wit:

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
payment of principal and interest by Provident Hospital,
Inc., to the State of Maryland for State loan funds
granted to said Provident Hospital, Inc. pursuant to
Section 568b of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland from funds authorized by Chapter 138 of the
Regular Session of the General Assembly of 1964 and for
any and all loans made to said Provident Hospital, Inc.
pursuant to Chapter 32, as enacted by the Acts of the
