Estates and Trusts - Correction

grammatical change.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

Section 15-110(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter 11 of the 1974

Regular Session of the General Assembly)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 15-110(b) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter 11 of the 1974 Regular Session of the General
Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

Article — Estates and Trusts
15-110(b)

If the fiduciary fails to give countersecurity
within the time fixed by the court, and is removed, and a
new [fudiciary] FIDUCIARY IS appointed in his place, the
new fiduciary may bring suit on the bond of the removed
fiduciary.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
