SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 57(f) and 140A(a) of Article 11 -
Banks and Trust Companies, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Article 11 — Banks and Trust Companies
57.

(f) Fifth: To accept trusts from and execute [trust]
TRUSTS for married women, in respect to their separate
property, and to be their agent in the management of such
property, or to transact any business in relation
thereto.
