SECTION SHALL BE SO ARRANGED UNDER ONE COVER TO THE END
THAT ALL OF THE LAMS AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO
AIRPORT ZONING MAY BE FOUND IN ONE PLACE. A TRUE AND
ACCURATE COPY OF ANY AND ALL SUCH LAWS, RULES AND
REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO AIRPORT ZONING SHALL BE KEPT ON
FILE AT ALL TIMES IN THE OFFICE OF THE ADMINISTRATION
WHICH SHALL BE OPEN TO INSPECTION BY THE PUBLIC AT ALL
TIMES DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS.

(I) ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY OF THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 8-801 OR THIS SECTION OR ANY RULE OR
REGULATION PROMULGATED OR ISSUED OR ENFORCED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL BE GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON
CONVICTION IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, SHALL
BE FINED NOT LESS THAN $25.00 NOR MORE THAN $500.00.
EVERY SUCH PERSON SHALL BE GUILTY OF A SEPARATE OFFENSE
FOR EACH AND EVERY DAY, OR ANY PART THEREOF, THAT ANY
SUCH VIOLATION CONTINUES.

(J) IN CASE IT SHOULD BE JUDICIALLY DETERMINED
THAT ANY WORD, PHRASE, CLAUSE, ITEM, SENTENCE, PARAGRAPH
OR SECTION OF THIS SECTION, OR THE APPLICATION THEREOF,
TO ANY PERSON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, IS INVALID, THE REMAINING
PROVISIONS AND THE APPLICATION OF SUCH PROVISIONS TO
OTHER PERSONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED
THEREBY, IT HEREBY BEING DECLARED THAT SUCH REMAINING
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION WITHOUT THE WORD, PHRASE,
CLAUSE, ITEM, SENTENCE, PARAGRAPH OR SECTION, OR THE
APPLICATION THEREOF, SO HELD INVALID, WOULD HAVE BEEN
ENACTED.

(K) (1) TO CAREY OUT THE PURPOSES OF SUBSECTIONS
(A) TO (J), INCLUSIVE, OF THIS SECTION, THREE (3) TYPES
OF AIRPORT ZONING DISTRICTS ARE HEREBY APPROVED AND
ESTABLISHED FOR THE BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT FOR THAT LAND AREA WITHIN A CIRCLE WHOSE RADIUS
IS FOUR MILES FROM A POINT WHOSE MARYLAND GRID
COORDINATES ARE E893,909.99-N490,279.30: (I) APPROACH
ZONE DISTRICTS, (II) TRANSITION ZONE DISTRICTS, AND
(III) TURNING ZONE DISTRICTS.

A.    THERE SHALL BE 12 APPROACH

ZONE DISTRICTS, 24 TRANSITION ZONE DISTRICTS, AND ONE
TURNING ZONE DISTRICT.

B.    EACH APPROACH ZONE DISTRICT

SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO AN INNER AREA AND AN OUTER AREA AS
INDICATED ON THE AIRPORT ZONING HAP FOR THE
BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FORMERLY
FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, WHICH MAP IS FILED IN
THE LAND RECORDS OF BALTIMORE CITY AND ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY.

(2) THE BOUNDARIES OF EACH DISTRICT ARE
