NO [[POINTS SHALL BE ASSESSED]] VIOLATION__SHALL___BE

RECORDED, EXCEPT FOR THE USE OF THE ADMINISTRATOR,

AGAINST THE OPERATOR OF A VEHICLE FOR A VIOLATION OF THE
VEHICLE LAWS CONCERNING IMPROPER OR FAULTY EQUIPMENT OR

IMPROPER SIZE OR LOAD, WHEN THAT OPERATOR IS AN___EMPLOYEE

OF THE VEHICLE'S OWNER [[THAT OPERATOR IS AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE VEHICLE'S OWNER AND]] [[THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATED IN
AN OTHERWISE REASONABLE AND PRUDENT MANNER AT THE TIME OF
THE VIOLATION]].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
