allowance as set by the County Commissioners.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws — Reinstatement of Revoked Driver's License

FOR the purpose of clarifying the language of Section
6-208(b) concerning the reinstatement of revoked
licenses, and making provision for the reinstatement
of licenses to those who do not possess a Maryland
license, and providing a waiting period after which
a person may apply for reinstatement after a second
or subsequent revocation.
